I believe that Every frame Tells a Story, and I want to help tell Yours.
I’m Bryce Holland, The man behind Flying Dutchman Productions.
When I was 4 years old, I saw ET: The Extra-Terrestrial, and everything changed.
The tale of young Elliot befriending and bonding with that wrinkly little lost alien showed me the power that a story could have, and from that day forward I knew what I wanted to do: tell stories.
I grew up in the cool climes of Southern California before being deposited in the wilds of Southeast Oklahoma. I learned a bit about storytelling from watching movies, reading comic books, by carrying an old mini-DV camera through the woods and around Lake Eufaula, filming everything I laid my eyes on.
I eventually found myself at the University of Oklahoma, where I made short films and weird experimental videos on my way to receiving my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film & Video Production from the Weitzenhoffer School of Fine Art.
After leaving academia, I found myself immersed in the film and video world of the OKC Metro, where I would work doing video production for the OKC Thunder, OKC Barons, and various live events traveling through, from concerts to WWE wrestling to professional bull riding. I eventually found work as an editor and director at KOKH/Fox 25, then started doing freelance audio and video production for various media outlets, including NONDOC.com.
Now, with over 20 years of media production under my belt, I’ve founded Flying Dutchman Productions, and I want to help tell YOUR story.
