Flying Dutchman Productions is a full service creative studio. We offer services in photography, videography and editing, drone services, and even audio production.

We are based in Central Oklahoma, but we are willing to travel all over the Sooner State, and even offer service in Texas, Kansas, and Arkansas.

Services provided outside the OKC metro area may incur a travel fee, depending on the scope of the project.

Most of the services we provide are billed hourly, but larger projects can be fulfilled for a flat project rate.

If you don’t see a specific service you are looking for on the Rate Sheet, shoot us an email and let us come up with a custom quote to facilitate exactly what you need.

This can vary from project to project, and it all depends on the type of service you’re looking for.

Basically, once you reach out to us, we will get back to you as soon as possible to talk through exactly what we can do for you. Once we have that figured out, we will draft a contract outlining the timeline, deliverables, and other legalese to protect you and us.

On the day (or days) of the shoot for your project (if applicable), we will always arrive at least an hour early to start prepping things. Once you arrive, we will get started!

After that, editing and preparing your final images or video can take some time. Photos are usually turned around to you within 30 days of the shoot, but that could be longer or shorter depending on the scope of editing. Turn around for videos depends completely on the scope and size of the project.

A deposit may be required to reserve your project date, with the remaining balance due upon or before delivery of final files. The deposit is determined by the price of the project, along with a non-refundable $50 Booking Fee. Accepted payment methods and terms will be discussed during booking.

For photos and most videos, we use Sony cameras, specifically a Sony A7 IV and a Sony A6700, with a variety of lenses, mostly of the Sony and Sigma brands.

For some projects, we also use a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K with a variety of Rokinon and Panasonic lenses.

We do external audio recording on a Zoom H6 recorder with a Rode Shotgun mic.

We have a variety of Tungsten and LED lights we use.

Other equipment is sourced as needed.

Absolutely! The limits to what we can provide you is time, budget, and imagination.

If you have a request that you don’t think is covered by our Rate Sheet, reach out and we will work with you to make your project a reality!

It’s always best to book as far in advance as you can.

For video work, 3 to 4 weeks lead time gives us plenty of time to prep and plan for your project.

For photography work, 2 weeks is a perfect amount of time for us to prep.

We will always work to accommodate any project, even on short notice. For extreme short notice, we may work to accommodate you for an additional fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Policies may vary depending on the project type and timing, and details will be clearly communicated before booking.

Weather in the Oklahoma area and surrounding states can be extremely fickle and volatile, and we completely understand this and take it into account.

In the event that weather gets in the way of a scheduled shoot, we will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements to either reschedule or move the shoot indoors, if possible.

In the event that weather makes a shoot not possible, we will refund any paid deposits or fees, minus your $50 Booking Fee.

We pride ourselves on very quick turn around.

For video projects, it completely depends on the size and scope of the project.

For photo projects, we guarantee your photos back to you within 30 days, but larger projects may take longer, which will be negotiated ahead of time.

Most projects include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond what’s included may be available for an added fee. We’ll outline revision details before production begins.
